Our teams in action at Shopping Promenade Riviera!

Off to the French Riviera for our teams, who are keeping a close eye on the transformation of Shopping Promenade Riviera in Cagnes-sur-Mer.

A quick rewind: after creating the Shopping Promenade concept with Frey and supporting its development, Minale Design Strategy was entrusted with transforming the former Polygone Riviera to bring it into this new generation of retail and leisure destinations. The €30 million transformation is set to continue until the end of 2026.

And things are moving fast.
Our teams regularly travel to Nice to follow the project as it takes shape. This week, the focus was on the outdoor spaces: playground, pond, carousel, kiosk and landscaping. All elements designed to take the destination beyond shopping and turn it into a genuine place to spend time, meet and enjoy new experiences.

From concept to reality, it’s just one small step!
