Primeclass reaches new heights

Primeclass ranks second among the world’s leading independent lounge groups at the 2026 Skytrax World Airline Awards. An international recognition that marks the beginning of a new chapter for the brand.

The TAV Operation Services brand secured second place in the inaugural “World’s Best Independent Airport Lounge Group” category. This recognition highlights its position within the international airport hospitality landscape.

In Muscat, the Primeclass lounge ranked ninth among the world’s best independent lounges. It has therefore remained in the global top 10 for the sixth consecutive year, demonstrating the consistency of the experience it delivers and the dedication of its teams.

The Skytrax awards are based on an international passenger satisfaction survey. They assess criteria including the quality of the facilities, service efficiency and hospitality—reminding us that the travel experience begins well before boarding.
