Understanding is essential yet often overlooked.
We strive to understand how your organisation and its context are articulated. We dive into your business, and your organisation in an attempt to understand what makes it unique.
Through Design Thinking, an iterative and shared process, we reveal our understanding of the issues at hand we are asked to solve. This allows us to highlight key notions and their relative importance - not everything can have the same degree of importance. These might relate to customer experience improvement or brand identity understanding.
Brand values and the brand’s essence are stabilised, defined, agreed upon. It is now time to translate these into a brand identity and/or customer experience that brings these to meaningful life. The creative process starts at the point where ideas take form through words, colours, shapes, textures, materials, sound, lighting, etc.
The result of this process is the development of a tailor-made solution, designed to leverage these values, this brand essence, solve the issues at hand. This is where design thinking becomes “design doing” — what does it look like, feel like, act like? How will our customers, our personnel, our business partners react? What will they truly experience?
The final stumbling block. All too often underestimated, sometimes even ignored, delivering requires a pragmatic approach, attention to detail, obsession for consistency and energy to drive the project home.
